We provide illness or holiday cover for all levels and disciplines of Principal Consultant Engineers.

We prepare full designs for large projects or develop small packages of work from concept / brief through to completion.

We design individual work packages and co-ordinate these with work packages prepared by others.

We offer an immediate, significant and broad depth of experience in terms of Building Services Design.

Our Engineering expertise covers Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Automatic Controls, Public Health, Process Systems and Special / Medical Gases, disciplines.

We communicate and agree details with Statutory Authorities (Electricity, Gas, Water, and Telecommunications). We communicate and agree with Local Authorities Environmental departments regarding Clean Air Act, Consents to Discharge etc.

We prepare Part "L" calculations and submit / agree these with the Local Authority.
