We carry out "Overview Site Surveys - this to provide a cost effective indication of condition from "spot check" information.

We provide assistance with cost estimating - here particularly, with time consuming third party supplier discussion / liaison.

We function in various different ways from Sub-Contract Design to conventional Consulting (ACE Contract, Full or Abridged Duties).

We agree fees in advance with the Principal Consultant either by negotiation, or based upon Time Charge or based upon a Fee Bid / Lump Sum.
